I am president and general manager of Mill Valley Barbeques. Mill Valley Barbeques is a locally owned catering company that provides quality food products and services for special events in the central Virginia area.

All of the equipment for our operation is portable and moved to the event site. We can provide a mobile kitchen for large events as well as cookers and refrigeration. All of the products are cooked fresh on site and served with a limited holding time. The ability to cook on site with ample equipment ensures a freshness that traditional food service companies cannot equal.
Mill Valley Barbeques is a family owned and operated small business. I am directly involved with each event. The special cooking process that I developed is monitored continuously so that quality is never compromised. Each step in the cooking and preparation process is under my direct supervision to ensure a quality product.
