Frequently Asked Questions


Can we request a menu item that is not listed? Yes, use these menus as guides to start the planning process. We welcome any combination of menu items and special requests and will attempt to provide the items you prefer.


Are you a “full service” caterer? We strive to provide the level of service you need. We can provide a full range of services from picnic settings to china and flatware. We do not offer “plated” meals, but can provide most any other type of meal.


Do you offer vegetarian options? Yes, we can provide vegetarian options to be included with regular menus.


Can you offer special meals for individuals with unique dietary needs? Yes, if the request is presented in advance of the meal so that we can plan for the special needs.


When do you need a final meal count? I request 7 days notice for the final number of meals to prepare. I do not accept changes within 5 days of the event (except emergencies).


Do you require a deposit? Yes, I ask for 25% - 50% of the expected final amount to be provided when the contract is signed to secure the date. Actual percentage amount is based on the menu, venue and event conditions.


Do you require a contract? Yes, the date is not reserved unless a signed contract is received with the deposit. The customer will always retain the original for their records. If I have a signed contract on file, I will fulfill my obligations as stated in the agreement.


Do you remove trash? Trash removal is a service that can be added for a fee. It is not included with the standard basic price.


Do you supply the plates, cups, flatware and napkins? The price on the menu page includes the heavy plastic setups for each menu. The contract will list the specific items for each meal and will include any additions such as china and glass if it is added.
